What you need to know
Running costs
Electricity is billed retrospectively at cost price with no standing charge. Water is included, though it may be metered at some point in the future.
Gas
There is no mains gas supply on the park, so Calor Gas bottles are obtained from reception at recommended retail prices.
Using your caravan
Owners can use their caravans across 12 months of the year, although the park is not residential.
Facilities
Site facilities are open between Easter and the beginning of November, and use of them is included. They close between November and Easter.
Out of season
You can still spend time in your caravan through the winter, relaxing, walking, fishing, cycling or popping into Ashbourne, which has a fabulous selection of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
Keeping your caravan
As long as your caravan is kept in good condition it can stay on site for as long as you wish. Friends and family are welcome to stay, but sub-letting is not allowed.
Ashbourne is a couple of minutes drive away, or about a 20 minute walk along the Tissington Trail.
