Camping the whole family will enjoy
Our grass pitches are roughly 59ft x 30ft (18m x 9m), so there is plenty of room for children to play and you will not be pitched too close to your neighbours.
When they have worn themselves out there is a heated outdoor pool, a play area, Arnold’s Games Room and the Callow Inn, all a short stroll from the pitches. We keep on-site lighting to a minimum so you can look up at the stars, so bring a torch. Fire pits are welcome, raised off the ground and mesh covered, and quiet time is 10.30pm: we are a family site, not a party site.

Family camping FAQs
Do you have a baby bath?
Yes. Baby baths can be borrowed from reception for a small refundable deposit, and there are baby changing facilities in the main amenity block.
Can I re-freeze my ice packs?
Yes. We have two freezers where you can freeze your own ice packs. Ice is also sold in the shop.
When is the pool open?
The heated swimming and paddling pools are open from May to September, kept at 27°C, and free for guests.
Are there plug sockets for airbeds and hairdryers?
There are coin operated plug sockets in the ladies and men’s toilets for your own hair dryer, straighteners or blowing up airbeds.
Is it a quiet site?
In low season, especially during the week, very. In peak season we are a busy family park with lots of children staying on site. Quiet time is 10.30pm.
Is there entertainment on site?
No. There is no organised entertainment. There is a play area, a games room with table tennis and pool, a field for ball games and the pool.
