Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to competitions and prize draws run by Callow Top Holiday Park, unless a particular competition states otherwise. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The promoter

The promoter is Callow Top Holiday Park, Buxton Road, Sandybrook, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 2AQ.

Eligibility

• Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Callow Top Holiday Park and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the competition.
• By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• There is no purchase necessary to enter unless a specific competition states otherwise.

How to enter

• The way to enter, and the opening and closing dates, will be set out in the specific competition, for example on our website or social media channels.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Bulk or third party entries will not be accepted.
• We cannot accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.

Winner selection and notification

• Unless a competition states otherwise, the winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry, usually within 14 days of the closing date.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.
• The winner will only ever be contacted by a member of Callow Top staff. The winner’s name will be available for 28 days after the closing date by emailing enquiries@callowtop.co.uk.

The prize

• The prize is as described in the specific competition. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non transferable.
• We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
• Any prize involving a stay is subject to availability and to our standard Booking Terms and Conditions.
• We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by a third party connected with the competition.

Use of your data

Any personal information you provide when entering will be used only in connection with the competition, and in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not pass your details to third parties for marketing without your consent.

Your entry and publicity

• Where a competition involves submitting content such as photographs, any entry may be re-posted on social media by Callow Top Holiday Park and used in promotional material, including our website.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and entry in any related publicity material.
• By entering you confirm the entry is your own work and that you own the rights to it.

Social media competitions

• Where a competition is run on social media, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other platform, and you release those platforms from any responsibility.
• Entry requirements will be set out in the competition post. Any personal information you provide is given to Callow Top Holiday Park and not to the platform.
• We will never ask for payment, bank details or login information in order to claim a prize.

General

• We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to cancel or amend a competition, at any time without notice, for example if circumstances arise outside our control.
• Our decision in respect of all matters relating to a competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
