The Peak District waking up
April is the start of our season, and one of the best months to have the Dales largely to yourself. The hedgerows are coming back to life, the lambs are out and the walking is at its most comfortable before the summer visitors arrive.
Easter usually falls in April, so it is a popular week for families. The cottages and apartments book up early for it, and both short breaks and full weeks are available.
